Thirty days to try. Return any purchase in original, unworn condition for a full refund — no restocking fees, no questions.
Eligibility
To qualify for a return, a timepiece must meet all of the following conditions:
- Within thirty days of the delivery date.
- Unworn and unaltered, with no scratches, wear marks, or modifications.
- Original packaging — all boxes, papers, and accessories included.
- All components present — links, tags, warranty cards, and certificates.
How to return
Please contact us before shipping anything back. Returns received without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.
- Contact us. Call or email to initiate the return.
- Receive authorization. We issue an RMA number and shipping instructions.
- Ship securely. Pack carefully and send fully insured.
- Refund processed. Typically within five to seven business days of our inspection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or we shipped in error.
You'll receive email confirmation when your return is received, inspected, and refunded.
Exchanges
We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different timepiece, please return the original for a refund and place a new order — this ensures you receive exactly what you want without delay.
Non-returnable items
- Worn or used watches with any visible signs of wear.
- Customized pieces with engraving or custom modifications.
- Items missing original packaging, boxes, papers, or accessories.
- Returns requested after thirty days from delivery.
- Damage caused by misuse or neglect after delivery.
Damaged or defective items
If your timepiece arrives damaged or defective, contact us immediately. We'll arrange return shipping at our expense and issue either a replacement or a full refund including original shipping costs.
Damage claims must be reported within forty-eight hours of delivery, with photographs documenting the damage.
