Every shipment is fully insured, expertly packaged, and tracked from our door to yours. We ship worldwide with trusted carriers to ensure your watch arrives safely and securely.

All domestic shipments are fully insured and require an adult signature at delivery.
International shipping
We ship to over one hundred countries via FedEx International Priority or DHL Express.
Delivery time
Typically three to seven business days, depending on destination. Customs clearance can extend this by a few days in some regions.
Shipping costs
International rates start at $150 and vary by destination and package value. Exact rates are calculated at checkout.
Customs and duties
International customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are set by your country's customs office, not by Chronostore.
Order processing
Each timepiece is inspected, serviced, and packaged before it leaves our atelier.
- Order placed. Confirmation sent immediately.
- Processing. One to two business days for inspection and packaging.
- Shipped. Tracking number delivered to your inbox.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Weekend orders ship the following business day.
Packaging & insurance
- Discreet packaging. No external markings indicating the contents.
- Full insurance. Every shipment insured for its full purchase value.
- Signature required. Adult signature at delivery.
- Professional packaging. Multi-layer protection with original boxes when available.
- Real-time tracking. Monitor your shipment from door to door.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Track your package through the carrier's website (FedEx, UPS, or DHL), or sign in to your Chronostore account for live status.
Special circumstances
PO Boxes
We cannot ship to PO boxes due to signature requirements and insurance restrictions. A physical street address is required.
Delivery delays
Delays can occur due to weather, holidays, or carrier issues. We'll keep you updated and work with carriers to resolve any delays as quickly as possible.
Undeliverable packages
If a package is returned as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for a second attempt.
Military addresses (APO/FPO)
We ship to APO/FPO addresses via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days. Insurance coverage may be limited.
